Health & Vitality

Feeling healthy, capable and energetic is a fundamental building block of living a happy and fulfilled life. Today, more than ever we need to care for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. This category of classes focus on increasing your health and vitality through healing, exercise and clean diets. 

1-on-1 Coaching

In this method, you will have personalized attention; the coach gets to know your strengths, weaknesses, personality, quirks, longings or frustrations.
Additionally:

  • You get more time with the coach
  • The curriculum is customized to your needs as time progresses
  • It suits you better if you have more at stake and need immediate life changing results and more intense accountability to meet your goals
  • It’s best if you already have a lot of education, but aren’t making any headway in accomplishing your goals

Group Coaching

In this setting, you will receive a guided curriculum based on the area of your challenge.
