I have been working as a Holistic Practitioner since 2003. My passion for helping clients, both people and animal, reach and maintain good health and vitality through holistic techniques has led me to learn and develop my own dowsing technique to access imbalances in the body. I have a special interest in digestive health and food sensitivities which lead me to write 3 cookbooks to support those with food sensitivities to wheat, gluten, dairy and eggs and also for those wishing to become more plant based.
Most recently, my accomplishments include the publishing of my 4th cookbook, Gluten Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Pumpkin Recipes which are available online and through your Amazon.
Acupuncture and cupping treatments are also used in my practice to reinforce the body’s natural healing abilities.
My emphasis is on correcting nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, through dietary & lifestyle changes and acupuncture to restore balance to the body.
I can also be found on Rogers TV as a community producer for several shows focusing on digestive health.

My first spiritual experience happened when I was 9 years old and I felt an undeniable presence of Light and Love, and as long as I can remember I have had an interest in understanding the “Spiritual” in life.
Early on in life, I had the opportunity to be exposed to many different religions and understood that they share many core beliefs in the spirit of their teachings. I believe there is a non-denominational Source or Divine Presence that helps all humanity for the asking.
My healing work starts by connecting to the Source, the presence of Love and Light in order to anchor the healing energy and help the recipient to receive & process the Healing. The recipient also connects to their Higher Self which can provide direct inner guidance. The healing work could be mental, emotional, physical or spiritual; in most cases there are some layers of each.
My training in healing includes Reiki, Pranic Healing, Reconnections and many other modalities. I have also been trained as Hypnotherapist and I will be offering Past Life regression soon.
Coming from a corporate background, I understand the challenges of our modern work place and see a need for healing, sometimes just to restore balance to our lives. I have been doing healing work in the last 20 years, and have gradually been devoting more and more time to it.
I consider myself blessed to be able to take part in this work, reflecting high vibration of Love, Light & Truth; and in service to those seeking help.My services include:

I am your yoga Instructor and I have found the finest way to nurture physical control and balance within your body.
Since 2016, I started working in physiotherapy clinics where I dealt with patients who needed constant care to manage their pain, bring their functionality back, and eventually restore their body. I have treated my patients independently using different modalities like electrical, sound, laser and shockwave therapies, etc. Surprisingly, most of my patients came back for my magical hands, I do hands-on manual therapy to release tension, use positive healing energy to release the pain and discomfort and most of all, my effort is to make my clients loving the exercise and stretch, so that they could not only heal their physical conditions but continue to feel better on a mental level. Following my teacher training, I embarked on obtaining more teaching licenses like, kick boxing, TRX, HIIT and Zumba.
For the past 3 years I have been actively teaching yoga and fitness classes to my community senior members as well as in a boutique studio during off days.
If you ask me why restorative of all the yoga? Because it is simple, accessible and easy to do by all age groups, and different fitness levels. Restorative Yoga is a slow paced, mindful practice done mostly on the floor. It creates a stillness in your mind by drawing attention towards breathing, and releasing tension through every exhalations by lengthening, expanding and deepening the poses. I believe that every phenomena occurring in your body, is a manifestation of your own creative mind. If that’s the case, it is in our hands to put our mind to work in favor of good health to undo all the things that makes us stressed and in pain. Restorative Yoga has the power to bring mind and body together to heal us .

Many experiences and events have led me to offering trance work, including some pivotal training that has shaped my approach. I trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, a leading authority in the field of past life regression therapy and author of Many Lives, Many Masters. I also studied with Roy Hunter, a prominent leader in parts therapy and author of The Art of Spiritual Hypnosis. I learned neuro-linguistic programming from Melissa Tiers, founder of The Center For Integrative Hypnosis and have attended workshops with Dr. Alberto Villoldo, of The Four Winds Society. I am a certified hypnotist and I build on this contemporary practice by working with trance states.
In early life, my spiritual awareness started at a preschool summer camp and was nurtured in the Christian environment that I grew up in. Building on this, I began to make my own way without any beliefs in the world of brand advertising working on Molson, Dulux and Splenda accounts. Worn out and empty, I quit it all. Drawn to photography and art, in both Toronto and Berlin, I learned a wordless language which opened a new world to me. I guest curated a national German exhibition on a famous Canadian photographer with an accompanying catalogue and award winning book. More than 20 years ago I became a Reiki master and gravitated towards alternative healing modalities, including earth-based traditions. In addition, the universal archetypes in astrology help to guide my work in understand ourselves and the world.
My techniques are deeply based and guided by the study and practice of meditation. I am a Heartfulness meditation trainer and practitioner for over 15 years and I encourage all to be curious about its benefits.

I have started out as a language and art teacher for 25 years, everything from kindergarten to university level. Along the way, I’ve met quite a few children who had blockages in one way or another. Some thought they couldn't do better, others were plain afraid.
What they didn’t know was that we are all connected to the source. My job as a teacher was guiding them along and helping them release their fears. Once they feel comfortable with what they are learning, miracles happen. This improvement can be pronunciation or artistically, they just open up and bloom like little flowers. And this is not limited to children only.
How many of us feel stressed and blocked because we don’t know how to deal with life? Yet, it’s all about acceptance. This is what teachers and healers have in common, both are ultimately about accepting who we are and guiding others towards that.
It’s up to us to accept life for what it is and what it offers. Whenever we feel we cannot handle our day-to-day life, we can ask for help. Sometimes we might not receive an answer, at others, miracles happen. In the end we always get what we need. It’s just a process. The more we are open to accept, the more life can give us. Today, I offer my help. It’s up to you to accept it.

My first experience with Yoga was back in 2012 in my country of origin, Greece, when I first tried a kind of Raja Yoga Meditation. Between 2013 and 2014, I started practicing Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. This practice involved not only bodily postures, but also a set of breathing as well as concentration techniques. Through my own personal journey thus, I came to know that Yoga was much more than a mere physical activity. Likewise, its tremendous benefits were being felt in all areas of life — mental, emotional, physical.
It was this tangible experience of mine that soon after brought me to India, where in 2014 I became a certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer. Ever since then, I have been voluntarily offering my services as a meditation trainer. In addition, I have attended multiple HFN meditation seminars, courses and trainings all over India and Europe.
My interest in meditation grew in parallel with my keenness to explore several philosophical traditions from Ancient Greece, India and China. What I found in those sources of ancient wisdom was so similar to what one may experience in daily life through yoga and meditation — their message is simple and yet, in real life most of the times evades us: how to live here and now. The fervor to explore exactly this practical dimension was what fueled my Indian Philosophy and Sanskrit Studies in the University of Madras in Chennai, India, back in 2017 as well as my academic pursuits that followed. During my stay in India, I completed multiple Yoga Teacher Training programs and started teaching yoga as well. In the meantime, I have completed my Master Studies in Philosophy in the University of Vienna, Austria, and I am a certified 500-hour Hatha Yoga Trainer with teaching experience in India, Austria, & also online.

My way to Yoga was long, but here I am: "so ham“
Already as teenager I dealt with meditation and consciousness of the body – I started with autogenic training and Jacobson‘s progressive muscle relaxation combined with meditative imaginary journeys. After a bad back distress, I tried to hollow my consciousness for the connection between body, mind and soul with Eutony. In 2003 I got to know Hatha Yoga. Already during the first Yoga class I felt that Yoga is good for my body. I recognized that this philosophy taught me more than any other technique I knew until then – in the first place mindfulness, but also consciousness of the body, it opens the mind and puts it at rest, it’s an attitude towards life … and you can practice Yoga whenever and wherever.
After almost 20 years of practice, I was more interested in the yogic philosophy. Finally, in 2019 I started the Yoga Teacher Training at Vishnu’s Vibes in Düsseldorf/Germany (https://www.vishnusvibes.de/). The link between Hatha and Vinyasa is just wonderful.
And what about play, fun and beauty ?
It’s important to me to professionally convey Yoga and to open the possibility to anyone to see the marvelousness of Yoga. Yoga can help to become more flexible, but also stronger and powerful; to find satisfaction and serenity, as well as happiness and even beauty in yourself and all things.
My classes are coined by mindfulness for the outside practice, the ásanas - body postures; but also for the inside practice, the observation of thoughts, feelings, perceptions. In my classes it’s allowed to laugh as well. Your Yoga mat is your playground. Nonsense and fun bring effortlessness to your practice. Joy with Yoga is important!

Since I was a teenager, my passion has been to help people feel good about themselves and enjoy their relationships with others. I started by studying Organizational Psychology and working in organizations because we spend so much of our time there. But I soon discovered that it is the attitude and interpersonal skills that we bring to all our relationships that has the biggest effect on the quality of our lives - at home and at work. I also discovered that I had a lot to learn and improve in these areas myself. So I spent the next few years studying - including coaching and leadership training - and applying the lessons to myself as well as helping others benefit from them.
But the biggest breakthrough came when I discovered NVC (Nonviolent Communication). It provided the most powerful tools I had ever encountered for supporting people to improve their relationships with others - and with themselves. I have been practicing and sharing these skills for over 18 years now and I'm thrilled at the difference I've seen them make in the lives of individuals, couples and work teams - as well as in my own life.
People feel good about themselves, appreciated by the people in their lives, and they know how to address issues in peaceful, positive conversations that lead to effective and lasting solutions while also strengthening their relationships with whoever they've got an issue with.
