Holistic Nutritionist (RHN, RNCP), Acupuncturist (R.Ac.)
I have been working as a Holistic Practitioner since 2003. My passion for helping clients, both people and animal, reach and maintain good health and vitality through holistic techniques has led me to learn and develop my own dowsing technique to access imbalances in the body. I have a special interest in digestive health and food sensitivities which lead me to write 3 cookbooks to support those with food sensitivities to wheat, gluten, dairy and eggs and also for those wishing to become more plant based.
Most recently, my accomplishments include the publishing of my 4th cookbook, Gluten Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Pumpkin Recipes which are available online and through your Amazon.
Acupuncture and cupping treatments are also used in my practice to reinforce the body’s natural healing abilities.
My emphasis is on correcting nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, through dietary & lifestyle changes and acupuncture to restore balance to the body.
I can also be found on Rogers TV as a community producer for several shows focusing on digestive health.
My services include:
- Dowsing / Energetic testing and balancing for people and pets
- Cooking classes – gluten-free, vegan
- Workshops on health topics (digestive health issues, general health, immune system, cold and flu season, pet health etc.)
My first spiritual experience happened when I was 9 years old and I felt an undeniable presence of Light and Love, and as long as I can remember I have had an interest in understanding the “Spiritual” in life.
Early on in life, I had the opportunity to be exposed to many different religions and understood that they share many core beliefs in the spirit of their teachings. I believe there is a non-denominational Source or Divine Presence that helps all humanity for the asking.
My healing work starts by connecting to the Source, the presence of Love and Light in order to anchor the healing energy and help the recipient to receive & process the Healing. The recipient also connects to their Higher Self which can provide direct inner guidance. The healing work could be mental, emotional, physical or spiritual; in most cases there are some layers of each.
My training in healing includes Reiki, Pranic Healing, Reconnections and many other modalities. I have also been trained as Hypnotherapist and I will be offering Past Life regression soon.
Coming from a corporate background, I understand the challenges of our modern work place and see a need for healing, sometimes just to restore balance to our lives. I have been doing healing work in the last 20 years, and have gradually been devoting more and more time to it.
I consider myself blessed to be able to take part in this work, reflecting high vibration of Love, Light & Truth; and in service to those seeking help.My services include:
- Energy Healing
Certified Emotion Code & Body Code Practitioner
I use I use The Body Code (which includes The Emotion Code) to help people to feel their best and achieve their potential. When I discovered energy healing later in life – well into my 40s – I was amazed at how something so simple could be so transformational.
Longstanding issues I’d had that conventional medical treatment had failed to touch were addressed and hugely improved through this work. Results on my family and my clients have been equally astonishing. It also made sense of, and built upon, my earlier experiences.
I’ve been practicing Heartfulness meditation (which I always recommend to all my clients as a foundational piece of their journey, and which is always free) for more than 20 years. As a Heartfulness trainer, this has also involved making a connection with other people from a distance and working for their benefit – I simply never thought of it as energy work before. Heartfulness is actually the reason I’m still alive.
Partner in TranceWork
We all have natural abilities to heal ourselves. My name is Janet and I would like to support you in settling unresolved challenges and patterns from the past and live an emotionally freer life. Drawing on trance work techniques, we will create a safe, secure space. I will guide you through steps to align your inner resources to resolve and overcome obstacles at the origins. I would like to support you in discovering the deep resources within and to empower you with tools for a lifetime of healing
Many experiences and events have led me to offering trance work, including some pivotal training that has shaped my approach. I trained with Dr. Brian Weiss, a leading authority in the field of past life regression therapy and author of Many Lives, Many Masters. I also studied with Roy Hunter, a prominent leader in parts therapy and author of The Art of Spiritual Hypnosis. I learned neuro-linguistic programming from Melissa Tiers, founder of The Center For Integrative Hypnosis and have attended workshops with Dr. Alberto Villoldo, of The Four Winds Society. I am a certified hypnotist and I build on this contemporary practice by working with trance states.
In early life, my spiritual awareness started at a preschool summer camp and was nurtured in the Christian environment that I grew up in. Building on this, I began to make my own way without any beliefs in the world of brand advertising working on Molson, Dulux and Splenda accounts. Worn out and empty, I quit it all. Drawn to photography and art, in both Toronto and Berlin, I learned a wordless language which opened a new world to me. I guest curated a national German exhibition on a famous Canadian photographer with an accompanying catalogue and award winning book. More than 20 years ago I became a Reiki master and gravitated towards alternative healing modalities, including earth-based traditions. In addition, the universal archetypes in astrology help to guide my work in understand ourselves and the world.
My techniques are deeply based and guided by the study and practice of meditation. I am a Heartfulness meditation trainer and practitioner for over 15 years and I encourage all to be curious about its benefits.
My services include:
- TranceWork for Inner Conflict Resolution
- Past Life Regression
Reiki Usui Tibetan Master
I have started out as a language and art teacher for 25 years, everything from kindergarten to university level. Along the way, I’ve met quite a few children who had blockages in one way or another. Some thought they couldn't do better, others were plain afraid.
What they didn’t know was that we are all connected to the source. My job as a teacher was guiding them along and helping them release their fears. Once they feel comfortable with what they are learning, miracles happen. This improvement can be pronunciation or artistically, they just open up and bloom like little flowers. And this is not limited to children only.
How many of us feel stressed and blocked because we don’t know how to deal with life? Yet, it’s all about acceptance. This is what teachers and healers have in common, both are ultimately about accepting who we are and guiding others towards that.
It’s up to us to accept life for what it is and what it offers. Whenever we feel we cannot handle our day-to-day life, we can ask for help. Sometimes we might not receive an answer, at others, miracles happen. In the end we always get what we need. It’s just a process. The more we are open to accept, the more life can give us. Today, I offer my help. It’s up to you to accept it.
My services include:
- Reiki (including the help of angels)
- Akashic Reading
Yoga & Meditation Instructor
My first experience with Yoga was back in 2012 in my country of origin, Greece, when I first tried a kind of Raja Yoga Meditation. Between 2013 and 2014, I started practicing Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. This practice involved not only bodily postures, but also a set of breathing as well as concentration techniques. Through my own personal journey thus, I came to know that Yoga was much more than a mere physical activity. Likewise, its tremendous benefits were being felt in all areas of life — mental, emotional, physical.
It was this tangible experience of mine that soon after brought me to India, where in 2014 I became a certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer. Ever since then, I have been voluntarily offering my services as a meditation trainer. In addition, I have attended multiple HFN meditation seminars, courses and trainings all over India and Europe.
My interest in meditation grew in parallel with my keenness to explore several philosophical traditions from Ancient Greece, India and China. What I found in those sources of ancient wisdom was so similar to what one may experience in daily life through yoga and meditation — their message is simple and yet, in real life most of the times evades us: how to live here and now. The fervor to explore exactly this practical dimension was what fueled my Indian Philosophy and Sanskrit Studies in the University of Madras in Chennai, India, back in 2017 as well as my academic pursuits that followed. During my stay in India, I completed multiple Yoga Teacher Training programs and started teaching yoga as well. In the meantime, I have completed my Master Studies in Philosophy in the University of Vienna, Austria, and I am a certified 500-hour Hatha Yoga Trainer with teaching experience in India, Austria, & also online.
Yoga & Meditation Instructor
My way to Yoga was long, but here I am: "so ham“
Already as teenager I dealt with meditation and consciousness of the body – I started with autogenic training and Jacobson‘s progressive muscle relaxation combined with meditative imaginary journeys. After a bad back distress, I tried to hollow my consciousness for the connection between body, mind and soul with Eutony. In 2003 I got to know Hatha Yoga. Already during the first Yoga class I felt that Yoga is good for my body. I recognized that this philosophy taught me more than any other technique I knew until then – in the first place mindfulness, but also consciousness of the body, it opens the mind and puts it at rest, it’s an attitude towards life … and you can practice Yoga whenever and wherever.
After almost 20 years of practice, I was more interested in the yogic philosophy. Finally, in 2019 I started the Yoga Teacher Training at Vishnu’s Vibes in Düsseldorf/Germany (https://www.vishnusvibes.de/). The link between Hatha and Vinyasa is just wonderful.
And what about play, fun and beauty ?
It’s important to me to professionally convey Yoga and to open the possibility to anyone to see the marvelousness of Yoga. Yoga can help to become more flexible, but also stronger and powerful; to find satisfaction and serenity, as well as happiness and even beauty in yourself and all things.
My classes are coined by mindfulness for the outside practice, the ásanas - body postures; but also for the inside practice, the observation of thoughts, feelings, perceptions. In my classes it’s allowed to laugh as well. Your Yoga mat is your playground. Nonsense and fun bring effortlessness to your practice. Joy with Yoga is important!
I’m looking forward to join you on your Yoga path.
Internationally Certified Communication Trainer,
Coach & Mediator
Since I was a teenager, my passion has been to help people feel good about themselves and enjoy their relationships with others. I started by studying Organizational Psychology and working in organizations because we spend so much of our time there. But I soon discovered that it is the attitude and interpersonal skills that we bring to all our relationships that has the biggest effect on the quality of our lives - at home and at work. I also discovered that I had a lot to learn and improve in these areas myself. So I spent the next few years studying - including coaching and leadership training - and applying the lessons to myself as well as helping others benefit from them.
But the biggest breakthrough came when I discovered NVC (Nonviolent Communication). It provided the most powerful tools I had ever encountered for supporting people to improve their relationships with others - and with themselves. I have been practicing and sharing these skills for over 18 years now and I'm thrilled at the difference I've seen them make in the lives of individuals, couples and work teams - as well as in my own life.
People feel good about themselves, appreciated by the people in their lives, and they know how to address issues in peaceful, positive conversations that lead to effective and lasting solutions while also strengthening their relationships with whoever they've got an issue with.
My services include:
- Coaching to address a particular difficult situation or relationship in a way that gets your needs met while also creating better relationships with others involved - so problems are less likely to arise in future
- Training in a step-by-step approach for addressing any difficult situation in a way that leaves you feeling good about yourself, satisfied with the resolution, and in a better relationship with the other person
- Helping couples find peaceful solutions to long-standing issues
- Helping them learn how to communicate in ways to prevent and resolve future conflicts peacefully and effectively
- Work Teams
- How to build a positive team environment
- How to address issues in ways that produce effective solutions that everyone is willing to implement, strengthen relationships, and result in people leaving work with more energy and enthusiasm for coming back tomorrow
- Managers and leaders
- Support to address issues with particular team members and/or conflicts between team members to produce lasting solutions and a more cohesive and productive team

Creativity, Music, and Meditation Teacher
My name in Nadia, the full Russian form, Nadejda, means “hope”. I was born in Russia, grew up in Ukraine and for the last 29 years, I have lived in Canada. I am a professional musician: a choir conductor and teacher of voice and piano.
In Ukraine, I was a singer and choir conductor with the Kyiv Chamber Choire, which performed on many stages in Europe, and other countries. After completing my PhD, I taught at the Institute of Culture in Kyiv.
In Canada, I taught piano and voice in my private studio, and voice at the Queen’s University Conservatory. I organized and directed a women’s choir called Aurora. The highlight of our performance was representing Canada at the International Choir Festival in 2001. I always did different volunteer work and greatly enjoyed them.
I truly believe that the challenges in our lives are given to us with the purpose of enabling us to discover the power within ourselves to overcome them and to rise above them to a place of joy and gratitude. Creativity is my great helper in this journey.
I love myself when I am kind, thankful, and joyful, and when I help others. I also like to laugh at myself. When my spirits are low, I know it’s temporary! There is a very touching story in my life, and as a result of its events, I came to be known to some as Madame Crocodile. I like to call myself that. I believe it is human nature to be loving and kind, and in my heart, I want to see that in everyone, even in crocodiles.
I love to share my creative inspiration with others and to share some personal wisdom I have gained through life’s experiences because I believe that at our core we are all strong-spirited, creative, and able to direct ourselves toward a balanced, meaningful, and joyful life. We only have to find the sources of inspiration that are hidden inside us.
As the meaning of my name is hope, I would like to be a messenger of hope to the people around me: the hope that we can find great satisfaction in our lives, regardless of circumstances, by understanding who we truly are, who we choose to be in our life’s journey.
Now that I am 71 I feel young and am not afraid of getting older. I have been through much of the joy and pain of life, I can see that life is indeed beautiful. In the words of the Canadian poet Charles Roberts, it is “A little sweet, A brief delight.” I always keep this thought close to me.
I am looking forward to meeting new friends and bringing a smile to their hearts through Healing H’Art.

Eurythmyst and Mediation Trainer
I have always been interested in movement and I was practicing martial arts for years;
But… Something in me expected, let's say, more interiority.
And one day, I watched a performance of a German group; it was Eurythmy: from this day on, I knew I will do this art of movement.
And I was lucky to have the opportunity to study it in Lausanne, the city where I am living.
It was 4 years of training, full-time, I mean, every morning, and two afternoons.
In a sense, it was hard, because we had to move a lot, physically, and we had many subjects.
But I loved this period, where we were in a kind of fairy world.
I taught eurythmy in a Waldorf school, and at the same time, I was part of a stage group.
And in the flow, I met a meditation method called Heartfulness, and this changed the way I see the world. And I was happy, because eurythmy is based on the heart, and the essence of this meditation is to put our attention on the heart.
So, I am here now.

Consciousness Educator & Coach
As a child I was artistically oriented, I was good at drawing, painting, and singing. In my youth, I continued with drawing and painting and started writing poems and experimenting with crafts such as wood carving. In my later years of high school and early years of university, I took some classes in drawing, painting with ink and water, and calligraphy.
I studied architecture at the university and took extra classes in art history, film critique and immersed myself in the world of cinema, opera, and classical music by attending events, watching and listening to the masterpieces in each genre.
As a result of reviewing many works of art, art critiques, film critiques, and studying art history, I became fluent in writing reviews and critiques on films, theatre performances, paintings, architecture projects, and any art form. I was able to draw the depth of the feeling behind a photo or painting by the balance of empty space and form, light and darkness, color composition or the feelings behind the lines, brush movements, or a gesture of an actor, the angle of the camera, the lighting, and the mise en scene and much more.
I discovered Heartfulness meditation as a means to explore my inner world in a deeper way in my early twenties which later on put me on the path of teaching it. I continued my personal exploration with arts to express myself through poetry, painting, pottery, wood carving, calligraphy, photography, and video art. I also remained engaged and almost obsessed with decoding the meaning behind every element in arts created by others to penetrate the inner world of the artist.
To reveal the hidden meanings of arts and how our inner world could be uncovered through various art forms, I wrote in magazines and co-hosted movie screening and film critique sessions for many years. I also taught rendering and composition at a university in Tehran. Later on, I put cultural events and festivals together and held poetry and music programs to hold space for those who would like to express themselves creatively.
To me, any form of art beyond the end result and maybe more than that is about discovering our inner world and finding ways to clearly and openly express our feelings in ways more freeing than logical utilization of words.
One of the areas of my fascination is mythology, archetypes, and the collective unconscious. My studies in the field of psychology, years of meditation practice and teaching it, as well as my personal inner and mystical journey have given more depth to my interpretations and readings of other people’s creative expression.
So with all these learnings and tools I rejoice in supporting individuals and groups to get in touch with their inner being, meaning, feelings, and needs and, to explore the healing effects of art and to discover their unique ways of expression, and to identify their most effective and impactful roles in society.
