The tools you learn in this program empower you to become centered, grounded and in control of your reactions to various life events.

Objective:
In a restorative yoga practice, you stretch in a fully relaxed state of mind and body, so that tension can slowly be released. This gentle and passive yoga practice provides space and time for physical and mental recovery. Recovery involves relaxing muscles, lowering your heart rate, allowing your nervous system to calm down. Once it is relaxed, it taps into the parasympathetic nervous system wherein the body starts restoring, healing and rejuvenating.
